About GETI

About GETI

GETI is the IT and software consultancy of Ernesto in Equatorial Guinea, registered with the Ministry of Commerce under number 15034. A small team, with one person accountable to the client.

What GETI stands for

GETI stands for Guinea Ecuatorial Tecnología Informática. The number 15034 in the domain is our registration number with the Ministry of Commerce of Equatorial Guinea.

That is a deliberate choice: in a market where most IT providers operate informally and without a verifiable web presence, carrying the registration number in the domain itself is a statement about traceability.

How we work with clients

You deal directly with the team delivering the project. There is no sales team, no intermediate account manager and no handover to a third party after signing. That has a practical consequence: technical decisions get made in the same conversation where they are raised.

The trade-off is that we accept work according to real capacity. If a project does not fit the calendar, or exceeds what we can deliver at the right quality, we tell you before it starts.

Scope of activity

Our activity covers IT consultancy, programming, web and mobile development, infrastructure, security, data and training, deliverable both on site and remotely, for public, private, international and startup clients.

Regulated services, such as operating a public telecommunications network or providing licensed financial or fintech services, require separate sector authorisations and fall outside the scope of registration as a consultant.

No invented figures

We publish no statistic without a verifiable source. If a number cannot be supported, it does not appear.

Scope is closed in writing

We state what is in and what is out explicitly before work starts, so neither side discovers surprises halfway through.

Security is not an add-on

Data protection, verified backups and a continuity plan are part of the base project, not a later phase that never arrives.

Documentation in the client's language

We deliver manuals, training and support in Spanish, French or English, depending on what the team using the system needs.

You own your system

We hand over code, data, credentials and documentation to the client. There is no forced dependency on the vendor.

Why GETI

Reasons clients choose an independent partner

Local presence, global standards

Based in Equatorial Guinea, engineering to international quality and security standards. No intermediaries and no time zones in the way.

Trilingual delivery

We work, document, train and support in Spanish, French and English. A real requirement for working with government, the CEMAC regional banking sector and international organisations.

End-to-end ownership

Strategy, design, build, deployment and support with a single point of accountability. No handovers between vendors and no grey areas of responsibility.

Security first

Data protection, tested backups and business continuity are part of every project, not an add-on sold later.

Public-sector aware

Delivery aligned with the country's e-government priorities and with the digital-economy pillar of Agenda 2035.

Independent and lean

You deal directly with the team doing the work. Fast decisions, contained costs and clear communication from the first call.
