Personal data submitted through this website is processed by GETI, the IT and software consultancy of Ernesto, registered with the Ministry of Commerce of Equatorial Guinea under number 15034.

What data is collected
Only the data you enter voluntarily into the contact form: name, organisation, email address, phone number, project type, indicative budget and the content of your message.
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, embeds no social buttons that follow your browsing, and shares no data with advertising networks.
What it is used for
Data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry and, if the contact leads to a project, to manage the professional relationship. It is not used for unsolicited commercial messages and is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a professional relationship are kept for a maximum of twenty-four months and then deleted. Data connected to a contracted project is kept for the duration of the relationship and for as long as applicable law requires.
Who it is shared with
Data is hosted with the domain's web hosting provider and received by email. It is not transferred to third parties except where legally required.
Where a project involves processing personal data belonging to your own users or beneficiaries, the specific conditions are agreed in writing in the relevant contract.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion at any time by writing to the contact address given on this site. Requests are answered within thirty days at most.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. The contact form carries measures against automated submission and validates data on the server. Access to the mailbox receiving enquiries is protected and limited to the data controller.
