Custom software development
We build systems for how your operation actually runs, not templates forced into shape. ERP, CRM, inventory, accounting, HR, process automation and integration with whatever you already have running.
Most organisations in Equatorial Guinea run on a mix of spreadsheets, paper forms and systems that never spoke to each other. It works until it stops working: when it takes two days to find out how much stock there is, when the same figure exists in four places with four different values, or when the person who understood the file leaves.
Custom development solves that by building exactly the system your process needs, with your vocabulary, your rules and your exceptions. You do not buy a licence and reshape the organisation around the software: the software gets built around the organisation.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a custom management system take?
It depends on scope. A single module, such as an inventory or case-registration system, is typically delivered in six to twelve weeks. A full ERP is delivered in phases, with the first phase running in production before the next one starts. The timeline is fixed in writing after the discovery phase.
Can it integrate with the systems I already have?
Yes, as long as the existing system allows some form of exchange: an API, an accessible database, or even periodic CSV or Excel exports. Discovery establishes which integration is possible and at what cost.
Who owns the code when the project ends?
You do. Source code, database, documentation and credentials are handed over on completion. There is no forced dependency and no licence that expires if you stop working with us.
What if my team has limited IT experience?
That is designed for from the start. Interfaces get simplified, the number of decisions a user has to make is reduced, and training and manuals are delivered in the team's own language.
